We are Romania’s national hub for economics excellence.
As the official partner of the International Economics Olympiad (IEO) and organizer of leading contests like WEC and RYFE, we prepare high school students for success on the global stage.

Celebrating Excellence: Our Achievements

In the past five years, Romanian students trained by RECE have earned over 70 medals at the International Economics Olympiad, World Economics Cup and Australasian Economics Olympiad.

In summer 2025 alone brought 6 gold, 4 silver, 7 bronze medals, 2 honorable mentions and a Top Europe distinction. Romania remains consistently ranked among the world’s Top 15 teams.

In 2025, The Romanian team led by RECE is ranked among the best performing teams worldwide, according to the IEO Six-Year Report.
